Where does all that time go?
There are only 168 hours in a week...., Is that enough time for you to do everything?

OK, let's do the math..... 7 days a week x 24 hours = 168 hrs. in a week.
Now from this figure, we're going to subtract the time it takes you to do everything...Simple Right?
7 days to sleep @ 8 hrs. a night = 56 hrs. per week.
7 days to eat @ 2 hrs. per day = 14 hrs. per week.
7 days to clean @ 1 hr. per day = 7 hrs. per week.
Now you've already used up 77 of your 168 hrs.
and all that you've done is Eat, Sleep and Take a shower!
OK, So now let's go to work! 5 days to work @ 8 hrs. per day = 40 hrs. per week.
5 days to drive @ 1.5 hrs. per day = 7.5 hrs. driving to and from work each week.
Social events such as Church, School, Meetings, etc= 3 hrs. per week.
7 days on the Net @ 1.5 hrs. ea. = 10.5 hrs. per week.
7 days to get fit @ 1 hr. per day = 7 hrs. per week.
OK, Lets see where we're at, We started with 168 total hrs. (-) 145 hrs. of time we've already used up!
168 - 145 = 23 hours left over for me!
That is..... "if I'm Lucky"......... and "IF" you take the 23 hours that I might have and divide that by 7 days, then I'll have a little over 3 hours a day to spend at home, with the things in life that matter...My Family!
This chart will vary from one person to another. You might spend more time or less time driving to and from work. Or you might also have another part time job that takes up another 20 or 30 hrs.
